Refunds & Returns Policy
Returns:

The Stirring Group accepts returns for exchange only; within 15 days of original purchase. Please note, item purchased can only be returned for an exchange if it is unworn, undamaged, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it and in original packing.

Refunds will be made in the form of Store Credits only. Custom designed or final sale items cannot be exchanged.

All custom orders are a final sale. All deposits and down payments are non-refundable.

Our policy lasts 15 days only. Please note there will be no exchange after this period.

Please provide original receipt as proof of purchase to facilitate your Store Credit.

Process:

Upon receiving your return, the jewelry item will be inspected by our team. If the item is unworn, undamaged, unaltered and in the same condition s you received it, in its original packing your return will beaccepted, and a Store Credit will automatically be applied to your account.

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchange. Please refer to your receipt for details.

Shipping Your Return:

Please ensure, the unworn, undamaged and unaltered item(s) reaches our location within 15 days of the original purchase date to the address below using any trackable method, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will process an exchange in accordance with this policy. Please include the following information with your return:
